Like ReplyBee, al, Sex cards are extra harem content for when you have done everything you need to do for the women. Or as the game says, subjugated them. When they are in your harem, go to their houses and talk to them to have sex. That is how you use the sex cards.

Like ReplyJack, follow Cindy's father to the west side of the market. There are a couple of houses you can go into if you have Level 2 lock picking (subjugate one of the other houses and then buy Level 2 from the angel). The house with the clown inside has a teddy bear on a shelf - check it for the key you need to follow the father.
