Like Replydangy, Simply get her to max affection. (Unsure if max is needed, may just be level 2 heart.) Then wait till night and go to her house. Usually it's locked but it's unlocked once you're high enough affection. Every other villager gives you "good stuff" at level 2 affection. ;)

Like Replyretard, You need to build a relationship with the girls (animals, too). Talk to them, give them gifts, complete their requests, then visit them at night to screw them. If you don't have the patience, you can use cheat code HAREMMODE to force affection to max.
