You guys just grabbed a pirated version of my game, removed the voices acting, and destroyed visuals compressing everything. You didn't spend the time to check if your web version was working properly after all that! Renpy web 'ports' can't support many features of the game as the game was not developed with the web player in mind.

Like ReplyError, You can skip this issue by turning on "All Text" in the "Skip Text" section in Settings. You can skip till the next chapter (by pressing the skip button in the bottom right, and clicking again once the boating scene is finished) where there is no longer an error. You miss a tiny bit of the game, and the issue happens whenever there is a "night boating" scene (once more when you wake up at the hospital), but at least you don't miss the majority of it.
