Like ReplyJACK, you can get a couple scenes with the doctor if you treat Haley badly with the cell phone thief, in the hospital and in the dressing room. The prof has a scene in the first aid room as long as Haley doesn't get you there first. The cop has two scenes, one in the police station if you let Rosa have her way, and another in the store bathroom with Rosa lending a hand.

You have to make all your choices as though you only care about making one of them happy and try to avoid the others. Takes a while to wade through the game a second or third time but you can skip through the dialogue and just make choices until you get to the alternate endings. Great game all around.
