If you want to follow the incest path, which you don't have to if you don't want, this sequel shows what complications can emerge after sexual relations are established between brother and sister. It seems as if someone had the real experience and lived to tell - very realistic. However, there are also other directions and plots which are actually more erotic and exciting.
