Perhaps a quest hint book to aid you on what or where to go next. You did a really nice job on the women, different body types and faces, but the MC looks like his mom had sex with the raven he talks to.

And more interactions please, other than sleep and then the next chapter. Add introspections, that gives us an idea on what and how the other characters feel and gives more life to them.

Details on how the man looks like when the MC is crushing his heart, the thoughts of the sister as she sees her beloved brother kill mercilessly. What does she feel? Fear? Anxiety? Arousal? Because the current dialogue simply says "That's my brother?". No indication of what she really felt about the situation.
