after you fuck the last gym room girl, go to locker room, open locker with golden key, get hammer, go to second big window in gym room, smash it and go outside, get whip and diamond ring, give whip to girl in left room, and give diamond to the downstairs girl
1: go upstairs and go through the gym all the way to the right and enter the lockerroom and take waterbottle and key.
2: take waterbottle to the water cooler in the reception area and fill it up.
3: take the waterbottle to the first girl in the gym area and fuck her.
4: go the showerroom and enter the maintenance room and grab tools.
5: go to the broken fitness bike in the gym area and fix it, then go to the lockerroom and have sex.

Everything is pretty much straight forward until up get the hammer from the locker, go to one of windows and use the hammer on it, everything you need to beat the game will be outside. ;)
