Like Replyzombie_king, Buy the goth item with ET and get the other ingredients, then get the boost from the Void Queen, then participate in the competition and you should win and after that go straight to the goblin area. Don't put the goth outfit on until you've got the boost and then leave it on.
Like Replyzombie_king, all the goblin is checking for is "depravity full". Beach contest is easiest way to fill it quickly after only a few entries, but it can also be done by watching post-battle sex scenes repeatedly. Note, "depravity full" changes the meter from pink to yellow, and certain combat arts will remove max depravity for a temp buff.
