Fast travel to the safe and go east to the power supply halls-lv4 and walk straight forward and go down after walking past the crafting bench. In that area, somewhere down-left, will be some orange/yellow glowing square. That's the plant.

Like ReplyThe game needs to be rebalanced to make the beginning enemies weaker, the dialogue is difficult to read sometimes. You should have the choice to whore yourself out or not. And scenes don't appear
