Like Replynot bad, but there are a lot of key words to keep track of, and a help menu that is inconvenient to check, especially when it is most relevant: recruiting. It would likely work better if said keywords had a brief description when hovering over them in any relevant scenario. Equally, the help menu does nothing for reviewing tutorials that might be worded weirdly or otherwise forgotten.
