Like Replyヒロ, music is usually a safe addition. Voices are not. A game without voices is always a lot better than a game with bad actors saying the lines. It is either a great or a terrible idea to have voices. Since voice is also expensive, I suppose I would choose to not include that element in my games if I was able to make games.
