Like Replywhy do people even use renpy? it seems incredibly poorly optimized for the picture book games it was made for. i mean, seriously i have seen unity, rpg maker, and even old school flash more responsive for the same quality of image and much more compact in data size. you cant even use it on chrome anymore and after a year i consider it more of a fault on renpy than a browser.
