Like Reply1animalin74, I don't think so, because I downloaded the previous version and the gym is working, I think that in this version it is only blocked because the public version has not yet been released, only the Patrons version.

Like ReplyAlex, Progres the main story. It will tell you on the quest tab that you need to talk to her at day time. If she isn't in her room you might have pressed the lockpad in th canteen. (just press the lockpad again to unlock her)
