Like ReplyDefinitely a great start, just a few notes: Shader issues could use some work. Can't speak for anyone else, but audio didn't really function when I played this. Would be good if NPCs tried to make you cum inside when you're dominant instead of just letting you do it outside, sort of a reverse of when they're dominant and want to do it inside when you say no. Would be good if there was something more significant for/after birth. Otherwise, a great start.
