The only thing missing from the story was why did the MC pedal the tech he is working on as well to other companies / countries? Character are well written. Reality in the unexpected dark twist. Keep it up waiting with baited breath for the next installment.

Like ReplySo I just want to start by saying, great game. The graphics, animations, everything is great. The dialog, is mostly fantastic, some of the best ive ever seen in a visual novel. However.... Dr. Katzei. Im not sure how much you know about how Ethical Review/Institutional Review boards work, but there is no reality where a doctor could speak to, or about, a patient like that and keep their job. While not a crime or malpractice, it opens the hospital up to all sorts of civil lawsuits for causing

Beyond that, it simply makes the hosptial look bad, which is not something any hospital administrator would stand for, not to even mention that most rational humans would find that abhorrent and repugnant behavior, even if what he said is technically true. It really breaks the realism and immersion the game had, until that point, done a fantastic job of cultivating. Again, overall the game is amazing and Im excited for more, but please tone down

Like Reply6715718, I know this is a game, and a fantastic one at that, but empathy is a major part of the medical field. Seeing such blatant narcisism and callous disregard that it borders on outright evil is extremely jarring in a game that had thus far been an very realistic and believable world.

Like.... you know the international date line exists and different time zones and all, but day to day you're not consciously aware of it until something like this happens. Its kind of jarring.
