I found another version of this game in a different site. It works. This one, at least to me, has some issue. I am not sure if it is the position of the book hidding important information or something else. But at some point, little after we get the book, becames impossible to go back home and continue the story.

Like ReplyFor the first video, you can download it and play it (if you have a HEVC converter or put it into video editing software, such as Clipchamp). To progress just wait out the duration of the video. however, currently, there is a second video which seems completely bugged so you may as well not play. this is only for 0.420.69.4 beta release, I'm sure this will soon be patched.
