Buy the intelligence books from the store and max that out fast (it unlocks a lot of dialogue/sex options). Buy the charm books/dvd from the store so you can raise your charm from talking to different people (wait around on the beach to unlock 3 scenarios, talk to people on the nightclubs)

Most notably, there should be things to spend your money on, like drugs and tattoos. Also, Buck/Bertha should be BLACK. And, if you're a male character, Buck should make you shave off all your body hair. Also, if you submit to Buck/Bertha, he/she should get all the money you brought with you to jail.
