Like ReplyPeeved, this is a *business management* game, your primary source of energy should be your daily income from your businesses, investing in them will give you much more energy much quicker. Also, in the Shakes and Sunday's management console you can change the focus to a mode that will give you energy for being dominant in sexual interactions with your employees. switch that to be the focus and set your necklace to the red setting and you get four energy per level each time.
