You gotta get all 24 windows by clicking on them when the cross hair is on them. Click twice per window and you'll have finished stage 1. Stage 2 is the exact same thing but after clearing stage 2, you can touch them if you hover over the boobs or panties. Doesn't matter which part you click on, when the hand pops out, you just spam click and you'll get a scene.
