thorobred82, OK here's what I do. Use the space bar with your left hand to click through the dialogue, spam it, press it a lot. Have your right hand on the mouse. Make small well controlled movements with the mouse and if possible don't move the mouse at all. Leave it on the exact same spot until you know it's moved. It often appears in the same spot, even between a couple of the images one of the locations is exactly the same. So, minimise mouse movements.
