Like ReplyNoOne, i figured out the best way to make money is to start the game out as a moneybag for your specialty then go to casino then save game then bet 800 and if you win then save game then go back and bet 800 again i did this for about 20 minutes and was able to save up about 6 grand in 20 minutes hope this helps.
Like ReplyNoOne, there're actually many ways to earn money in this game: sending your girls to work as dealers at the casino, slave trafficking, hacking, blackjack, and a bunch of quests that reward you with cash. However, most of them are unlocked once you're at a certain point of your playthrough, you need to play the game more in this case. It's not like there's much to spend that money on, to be frank, especially in the early-game. Best regards, the dev.

I doubt 1 extra second is going to help anything, and failing LOWERS your stats. So, with all that context, it is best trained through random events which are inherently random, and NEVER touching the main training minigame for it. Maybe i could excuse it if the reward range was 0-5, with 0 points for fail and 1 for success.
