Strange creatures from another world pour through it, creating chaos and forcing the government to intervene. The portal is eventually brought under control, but no one notices that strange particles have entered the city along with it. Some time later, children with unique magical abilities begin to be born throughout the city. They are now organized into special teams and sent through the portal to explore the unknown world and discover what lies on the other side.
