Like you can do four things a day, which is like nothing hah and if you're in a building or location, on the second floor, the map shouldn't just go back to the 1st floor when you go back, it should stay on the same floor.

Taking 3+ days to level up once, it's just a time waster and serves no purpose other than to annoy the player, ether let us cheat, spam it all in one go, or put a limiter.
