I like that the tools don't break, but in return for the food and drink loop, add random encounters with animals and humans (allowing for more scenes with female bandits) and building the shelter to decrease those scenes. It also gives more avenues for scrap, glass, wire and battery, and in part 2 could serve as a sex den with the imprisoned bandits.
