Generally, just do whatever is happening in the "cutscenes." For Mikado start with her breasts, but when she starts talking give her both drugs. For Karin just follow the 'cutscenes' . For Kotegawa switch your touch and start by rubbing her left leg. For Sephiria do what's in the 'cutscene,' and if the red bar starts going up without the blue bar switch your touch. Far as I can tell the only one who needs drugs is Mikado.
