In the first scene, again use your hands to get the best/weakest result and touch her legs or stomach or else you'll lose. After the second scene you can pretty much do anything you want with her. Just don't use the needle.
Like ReplyMikuni is one that you have to use the needle often. Her weakest points are her legs. Basically what are red digits are good, blue digits bad. Note that hands are the most recommended and once you can't use the three items anymore keep the right bar high until you can click 'next'. After the 4th scene you can do whatever you want with her.
Like ReplyRinselt is probably the easiest one, at least for the fact that she's the third one that I tried and completed. To switch tongue mode to hand mode simply use the left/right arrow keys to switch it. In the most part of the beginning you can only use your hands on her legs because thats what she likes. Then after the like 4th scene you can touch her boobs, then when you penetrate you can do anything. Just trial and error really.
