I ran into a bug where I saved at a derelict ship, but loading the save doesn't load the dialogue about seeing the ship. It asks who to send to the ship but presents no options, which prevent me from drawing a ticket.
Like Replycc, What I do when that happens (which works 85% of the time), save the game then right click and reload frame, essentially refreshing the screen without losing progress.
