Like ReplyAnother guy, You have to go to the far left of the map, next to the futa girl dressed as a ghost there are some cables that you must combine with the battery. There you can connect the battery to the basement and go back to where the futa girl dressed as a ghost is.
Like Replyonce you get teh battery you can't go back to the cables beacuse it will make a honk sound when you try to combine cables with the battery
