Like ReplySaph01, you can fix this by opening the web developer tools on your browser, on Firefox you can do this by clicking the 'Forbidden orders' thread in the debugger tab (then on the right side), then going to the console tab and pasting '$gameScreen.erasePicture(1);' and pressing enter. It's a bit tricky if you're not used to editing webpages though.
