It is too early to tell where this will fall in terms of good or bad. What concerns me is that it has 3 different starts, which means 3x the amount of work to meaningfully progress the game as a whole.

Like Reply1. Don't use the word guy to describe the main character when you have a female main character. 2. A person of either gender who holds a simple Medical Doctorate is called a Doctor, not Miss or Mr. They only become Miss or Mr again after they complete a surgical training and residence.
