Like Replyedgebigshow, OK I looked it up. click on a piece of paper that is barely visible on the bank teller counter. You should see it in the left most compartment. that should kick off your progress again. (Its SUPER hard to see. I never noticed it until I looked up a walkthrough)

Like Replymine60, You have to continue the giselle route until you see justin in the garage, then go to the bank and check the bathrooms, then you can see the letter on the counter, hope this helps let me now if you have quentions
