Like ReplyThedevil28, probably too late to be helpful, but character corruption levels all have specific requirements to unlock that can be viewed in the guide, global corruption goes up with each new type of sexy scene, per girl; so like, first time seeing that girl topless, first time touching her boobs, etc.
Like ReplyGames fuckin awesome and super creative with its concept. one problem I noticed though was that the update broke the guide menu. Now whenever I go to the guide and press on someone like Alex, I get an error, and when I press ignore it takes me back to the main menu with no progress saved. It sucks but I guess I gotta poke around blind until they fix it
