How I achieved this: HUSTLE every day, only buy GOOD/MINT quality; clean, research, and authorize EVERYTHING; and have a teensy bit of luck (I had to reset game a couple times to finally get a success). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES unlock Abella until AFTER reaching day 7. Her bonuses (allowing to buy, clean, research with spending actions) don't become available until after then.
Like ReplyKal, agreed. GOOD/MINT or VERIFIED. Fewer steps to sell = more transactions. MINT/VERIFIED can be flipped w/ little to no extra actions (besides sell). Can also vouch that $500 satisfies rent to Lexi.

I leave it at 9 or say 900 and i get a different error with red x saying syntax error

Like ReplyFreeJerker, it worked for me: after entering my name and starting Day 1, I right-clicked on an empty area and clicked Inspect then I pasted the code, changed money to 9999, and it worked
Like ReplyFreeJerker, spoke too soon. had gone back in cpl times. hit continue couple times, but nothing changed. then i wrote message here, went back to finally start playing through the game, and this time after hitting continue I had 9million in cash. day 42 all stories completed.
Like ReplyGuys, for the startup, you buy items from the marketplace, then you have to see the items that you have and click the options that show below, like clean, authentication, research... Then you start making money, then you build enough till lvl 2 and then you can make even more. Simple. Hope it helps.

Like Replygame can't be beaten, it just force locks you in to a situation you can't get out of and there's no tutorial on how to do shit... so a rent popup comes up, and stays there forever, then you continually make money, though it shows negative income, and you can't buy anything to get out of it... all in all, the game had good roots until the wall it forces you against.
Like ReplyRakunera, quick update... managed to pay rent, then couldn't afford to buy anything afterwards as I only had 3 dollars following... make the game simpler, or take it down, cuz this much of a grind for little to no payout is stupid

Like Replynards, once you get the 1000 dollars, Lexi is unlocked in the neighborhood... I finally managed to unlock everything, and once you make it to level 2, making money is a cake walk
